JPYC Deposit Guide

How to purchase JPYC with Japanese yen on jpyc.co.jp (JPYC EX) and fund your wallet.

    Please visit jpyc.co.jp and select "Create an Account to Get Started."

    Find and tap the corresponding button on the official website's main screen to proceed to the next step.

    Please enter your email address and check the verification email sent to you.

    The link in the email is valid for 10 minutes, so please proceed immediately once the verification email arrives.

    Please click the link in the verification email, select your account type, and set up your password.

    Select the appropriate type between "Individual" or "Corporate", and enter a password of 10 to 30 alphanumeric characters.

    After completing the password setup, please proceed with the identity verification step by following the on-screen instructions.

    The subsequent steps cannot be processed on a PC environment after setting up your password, so please be sure to switch to a smartphone to continue.

    Please review the checklist on the screen to double-check the items required for identity verification.

    Check if you have your My Number Card ready, the LIQUID eKYC app installed, your Signature Electronic Certificate password verified, and that you are operating the device yourself.

    Please review the contents of various documents related to account opening and proceed with the agreement process.

    This includes steps for consenting to the Pre-Contract Disclosure Document, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

    If there are no issues with the review and agreement process, please proceed with "Online Identity Verification."

    Tapping the button will automatically launch the app installed or downloaded during the preparation step.

    Please proceed with identity verification using the "LIQUID eKYC" smartphone app.

    Simply hold your My Number Card against your smartphone to complete the process (no facial photo required). It takes about 2 to 5 minutes.

    Once identity verification is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the JPYC EX screen.

    Please check if "Online Identity Verification Complete" is displayed properly on the screen.

    Please enter your basic information, such as occupation, industry, annual income, and primary source of income, then tap "Next."

    You must enter your current basic information accurately.

    Once "Under Review" is displayed on the screen, your final application is complete.

    You will receive an email notification once the review is complete. It may take a few days (about 4 days including weekends) for the review to finish, so we recommend applying in advance.

    Please select "Register Withdrawal Account" on My Page and enter your bank account information under your own name.

    For financial transactions and withdrawals, you must enter your real-name account information accurately, and not under someone else's name.
